英国国会今天表决通过，要求首相强生公布一份机密文件，内容是评估英国无协议脱欧所将造成的冲击，这是对强生的另一次打击。国会明天将开始闭会5周。

瓦拉德卡表示：“边境保障措施依旧是脱欧协议最重要的部份，除非能找到替代机制。”

“我们不排斥替代作法，但必须具法律拘束力且要行得通。我们迄今还没有收到这样的提案。”

英国和爱尔兰政府今天在强生和瓦拉德卡举行为时1小时的会谈后发表联合声明表示，两人会谈达成部分共识，但双方歧见仍深。
