#财经G评：美国通过《#海外账户纳税法案》实行对美国公民或绿卡持有人的全球征税， #CRS （#commonreportingstandard 共同申报准则）的概念即来自于美海外账户税收合规法，即各国家（地区）之间相互交换金融账户的涉税信息。

在2017年9月，百慕大、英属维尔京群岛、开曼群岛、卢森堡等“避税天堂”相互就已经进行了第一次信息的交换。已有100多个国家和地区参与到了CRS中，第二批包括中国、中国香港、中国澳门等国家和地区。
