The Hong Kong Scots and former councillors submitted a report to the United Nations on the serious erosion of education and cultural rights in Hong Kong. The report encouraged the abolition of Hong Kong National Security Law to ensure that Hongkongers can effectively exercise their economic, social and cultural rights.
