#HongKong

The project in the Lok Ma Chau Loop involves the building of a hospital for emergency use of treating COVID patients, medical workers from Mainland #China will treat patients in #HongKong, that could brings series of legal liability issues.

Using #HongKong taxpayers money to build the field hospital, but when medical workers from mainland China are treating patients, does law in HK or China regulates the hospital?

Medical malpractice is very common in China, the HK communist govt granted waivers to China’s healthcare workers so they can practice without licenses, who’s gonna take the legal liability when there’s malpractice?
Or you can even ask?

Except laws, regulations, rules and ethics, there’re many things to ensure the quality of healthcare, tbh I don’t think those Chinese medical workers fit the jobs

#China 🇨🇳

Chen Siming, a Chinese human rights activist, has been detained for 15 days after he tweeted a thread on Twitter that Dong Jianbiao, the father of "ink girl" Dong Yaoqiong, had died in detention on Sept 23, and relatives who saw Dong’s corpse said it was full of wounds and rectal bleeding.

Netizens from China already have to use VPN to be able to use Twitter. How they are still caught by the #CCP officials is highly suspicious.

Twitter’s former security chief Peiter Zatko has testified to the Congress, and he said there’s at least one CCP spy working in the company.
It might not be relevant to the case, but this is going to be a huge national security issues to the US, and the Democrats can’t keep turning blind-eyed to this.
