#CCP has wasted no time to endorse #Taliban's takeover of #Afghanistan. While it claimed to respect the choices (🤮🤮🤮) of the #Afghan people, footages of civilians fleeing #Kabul shows the world clearly that the reaction to the new regime is fear. #Beijing's mouthpiece even praised the Taliban for not disturbing ordinary lives. The bond between CCP and Taliban is the bond of thugs.

1) #Taliban are friends but university students are terrorists.
2) it took 24 hours to arrest and send these students to court, but 47 pro-democracy politicians and activists, arrested in Feb 2021, still haven’t been on trial.

While #Taliban and #Uyghurs share the same religion (and the same branch - both #Sunni), there are probably more similarities between Taliban and #CCP, both heavily restrict people’s freedom, both rule with authoritarianism, and both are threat to the world ….
No one know what’s gonna happen but it doesn’t feel good …
