Breaking: Trump signed into law a bill requiring sanctions on officials who cracked down on Hong Kong's freedom of speech and assembly. He also signed an executive order ending preferential treatment for Hong Kong - "no special privileges, no special economic treatment, no export of sensitive technologies”.
