Instead of using mainstream technology developed by apple / google that 1) actually developed for COVID tracking and 2) limits personal information disclosure; this dodgy app required active usage (scanning QR code) and more focus on recording someone's daily footage. It also have a excellent record so far - ZERO patient found using this app!
It it just an other example how an autocratic government using COVID as cover up .. and that's also why COVID in HK will NEVER END. Since it has been too useful for them!
