A 34-yrs-old found NOT guilty for possessing anything with intent to damage property (2 paint sprays, 2 pairs of gloves with paint taints on Nov 2, 2019 outside Police Headquarter).
There is no evidence showing that the defendant had participated in the unlawful assembly at that day, and no evidence showing that he had used the paint sprays to damage property. NOT guity.

Two 18-yrs-old plead guilty for Loitering (on Oct 2, 2019 near LRT station Tin Yat in Tin Shui Wai), sentenced to 12 months probation order.
LRT staff called the police for suspecting the two would damage the LRT station, police arrived and arrested them.

A 17-yrs-old was charged with obstruction in public places (putting a rubbish bin at the middle of the road as roadblock on Nov 11, 2019 in Kowloon Bay).
Judiciary has agreed to drop the charge, the defendant has to sign a probation order of 12 months and pay for $1000 court costs.

The Asia World-Expo (AWE), Hong Kong's largest convention and exhibition center, was to be transformed into a China-modeled "cabin hospital" to treat COVID-19 patients.
