[China Influences over Macau 1/2]
Albert Ho, former chairman of the Democratic Party, who was named by one of the mainland's official media as one of the "big 4 radicals of Hong Kong", was scheduled to meet with a business lawyer in #Macau at 3 o'clock today to continue processing a legacy case. However, after arriving in Macau, he was stopped and detained for an hour and a half before being refused entry and repatriated to Hong Kong.
After returning to Hong Kong, he said that during the period of immigration detention the Macau authorities refused him entry because that they had reason to suspect that he would endanger public safety in Macau. He expressed disappointment over the incident. Although he said that he did not know the real reason for his rejection, the incident may cause Hongkongers to feel that they are unable to visit Macau due to political activities.
He revealed that he was going to Australia with two representatives of the Macau gambling king. After this denial of entry, he needs to look into how to continue in the future.

At least 3 teenagers, including two daughters of pan-democratic lawmaker in Macau, were arrested for taking a commemorating photo at the June Fourth Vigil. They were detained for three hours and may be charged of illegal gathering.
According to Macau netizens, some citizens insisted to sit at San Ma Lo to commemorate June 4 Massacare in groups of two and three, abiding by the rule of social distancing. Yet they were interrogated and dispersed by the police.

A reporter asked, “why can Macau and Singapore preform 11000 and 20000 test respectively? Is the way of testing different? Is the nasopharyngeal [nucleic acid] test there different from the deep throat saliva test in Hong Kong?”
