Gigantic Protest #Banner Appears in Hong Kong amidst Sweeping White Terror
A gigantic banner in black was hanged on a hill slope in Shau Kei Wan, Hong Kong. The prominent message reads, "Celebrate the Goddamned [PRC's National] Day on Oct 1".
On September 25, 2020, the Hong Kong Police banned civilians' protest on October 1, being the PRC's national day, for the second consecutive year.

In 2019, pro-democracy protesters initiated multi-district rallies and protests on October 1, to show their discontent toward the encroachment of rights and freedoms in the city.
