Update candidate’s career status via phone call, whatsapp and other possible channels
Ensure the database of candidates is well-maintained and information is accurate
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly operations reports
Follow up part-time researcher's calling results
Requirements:
At least 3 years experience in customer service/market research
Hardworking, desired to learn, organized
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
