It is quite clear what #CCP will do if #USA continues to handle it with "strategic patience". But in case it isn't clear, just look at what Hitler did after peace talks with Chamberlain. 🙃

New U.S. Secretary of State Blinken: Rejects Beijing's Claim to Sovereignty in the South China Sea, Joins Southeast Asia to Counter China
On his first day in office, U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken says he rejects China's claim to sovereignty over the South China Sea and stresses that the United States will stand up for Southeast Asian countries if conflict breaks out in the South China Sea. He also said his judgment that China is genocidal against the Uighurs remains unchanged, but that the United States and China can still work together on mutual concern issues, such as climate change.
The U.S. Senate approved Blinken's nomination to be secretary of state on Tuesday. On his appointment, Blinken told staff in his State Department office that he would mend U.S. relations with allies and prove to the world that the United States is capable of leading.
The U.S. will stand with Southeast Asia to counteract CCP pressure
The State Department issued a statement stating that Blinken called Philippine Foreign Minister Teodoro Locsin after taking office, affirming U.S.' rejection of China's claims of sovereignty and maritime rights in the South China Sea. He also said China's claims went beyond the scope of their rights under the 1982 United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea.

With a reasonable partner or competitor, when a problem comes up, of course you’d like to smooth it over through dialogue. But when it comes to an irrational dictator like #CCP, talk clearly doesn’t work. To quote “The Darkest Hour”: "You cannot reason with a tiger when your head is in its mouth.”

The findings of a 28-day mission by #WHO in #Wuhan were initially expected to be released last week but were delayed. It seems that there were disputes over what #CCP allows to be put in the report. At the same time, within #China, CCP is shaping a narrative that the report will be “shaped by overseas politics”. Seriously, for world health, will the WOLRD HEALTH ORGANIZATION release a report that gives us not only answers as to the origins of this pandemic, but also how to prevent another one?! If the truth is covered up, then the world might just stumble blindly into another pandemic down the road.

Ministry of Foreign Affairs in China announced the sanction to two American religious people and two Canadian representatives. U.S. will not leave Australia alone to face China coercion -Blinken
U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken said on Thursday that the United States would not leave Australia alone in the face of economic coercion from China, and that such behavior toward U.S. allies would hamper improvement in U.S.-Sino relations.
Washington has repeatedly criticized what it says are Beijing's attempts to bully neighbors with competing interests, and U.S. President Joe Biden has sought to bolster ties with allies in the Indo-Pacific to counter China's growing power.
"I reiterated that the United States will not leave Australia alone on the field, or maybe I should say alone on the pitch, in the face of economic coercion by China," Blinken said at a press briefing with visiting Australian Foreign Minister Marise Payne.

USA and NATO Condemn China's Malicious Cyberattack
The Guardian reported that the USA and NATO along with the European Union, United Kingdom, Japan, Canada, Australia and New Zealand condemned Malicious Cyberattacks by China. The attack includes the invasion of 250,000 Microsoft Exchange email servers, affecting at least 30,000 US governmental and non-governmental organizations. It is the first cyber behaviour condemn by NATO since its establishment in 1949. Antony Blinken, the United States Secretary of State, indicates that the systemic cyberattack from China is irresponsible, destructive and brings instability, seriously threatening the economy and national security of the USA.
On the same day, the US Department of Justice prosecuted four China citizens, including three security department officials and one criminal hacker contractor, accusing them of extorting and endangering the USA national security. Between 2011 and 2018, they invaded the computer system of various organizations, universities and government institutions, asking for trade secrets of aeronautics, national defence, education, government, medical, biopharmaceutical and maritime.
