🇬🇧大曼徹斯特警方展開調查
⚠️英首相府發言人表示關注事件

當局展開調查昨天(10月16日)曼城中國領事館外事件，情報顯示和平集會人仕被拖進使館範圍內被多名使館人員襲擊，當時警員由於擔心受襲人受進一步傷害，專業地把受害人救出在使館範圍外，現已展開全面調查。

Due to our fears for the safety of the man officers intervened to remove him & prevent further harm.

即將嚟到2023年，Warrington有好多街坊已經嚟咗呢個小鎮一兩年，亦都見到好多啱啱到埗嘅香港人家庭。唔知大家有冇諗過點樣可以為社區出一分力，幫助自己同埋同路人一齊融入社區？又或者點樣同官方嘅機構溝通，反映下自己嘅意見？

時歷一年，香港電影節（英國）跟在英國的香港人一同在流動中尋溯，每刻都有發現。流動的香港故事，流動的身份和歷史書寫，流動的記憶，流動的家的想像。

第二屆電影節主題為「香港與香港的距離」。那距離，潛藏很多可能：香港人的香港和移英港人的香港，移英前生活中的香港和移英後遙望的香港，耳聞目睹的香港和夢裡的香港，個人的香港和大歷史的香港，殖民時代的香港和後殖的香港，1997年前和2019年後的香港，世界注目的香港和香港人的自我凝視⋯⋯

哪兩個香港，由來屆的電影作品和觀眾一起開拓、定義和想像。

27部劇情片、紀錄片和短片作品，以及11部網上放映的短片，環繞遷移離散、2019反修例運動，人道和人文關懷，以及呈現亞洲視野的作品，同時也關乎愛情、家庭、青年、記憶、幻念⋯⋯以至電影藝術本身。
