教育局今（4 日）公布國家安全教育課程框架，列明國安教育需要由初中貫徹至高中，在課堂教學、全方位學習活動都要推行。
教育局要求不階段學生要學習相應的國家觀念、身份認同及國安知識，例如要求學生認識《香港國安法》下四項犯罪行為，初小學生要知道分裂、顛覆國家、恐怖活動及勾結外國的罪行名稱。

教育局今（4 日）公布國家安全教育課程框架及學校具體措施，要求學校在相關學科增潤國安內容，形容涉及國家安全的議題沒有爭辯或妥協的空間，老師必須明確指出維護國安是國民責任。
教育局又要求學校將國安教育相關教材存檔，期限不少於兩個學年，以供學校管理層及教育局查閱。

【教育局發國安教育指引 如學生參與違規遊行 學校可報警】
教育局今（ 4 日）公布國安教育學校具體措施及課程框架，針對學生表達訴求的行動，教育局舉出具體事例，要求學校按建議方案處理。
教育局指，如學生發起或參與違規校外活動，包括未通知警方或警方已反對的集會及遊行，學校應立即勸止，再提醒學生可能構成非法集結罪或觸犯其他法例。如遇上嚴重或緊急情況，學校應立即報警。
另外，若學生在校內佩戴具政治訊息衣物或飾物、叫口號、拉人鏈、張貼政治標語、文宣或唱帶有政治訊息的歌曲、存有或展示懷疑與港獨相關物品。教育局亦一律建議學校先勸止、再提醒行為或違國安法。如遇嚴重情況應報警。
