李宇軒首出法庭 指示律師：絕對唔係官派律師
「12 港人」之一李宇軒被控違國安法的案件今日再訊，今日繼續由大律師羅達雄代表，羅達雄指示律師則為陳天立。開庭前，記者詢問指示律師陳天立姓名，陳表示聆訊結束後會與記者交換卡片。惟散庭後，指示律師拒絕透露姓名，但指 自己來自歐陽陳何律師事務樓，有記者問他是否律師陳天立，他則點頭承認。
記者連番追問他如何接手本案、有沒有同李宇軒家屬溝通、如何看待自己被視為「官派律師」，陳天立強調自己「絕對唔係官派律師」，又指當事人的意願是不想透露仼何訊息。記者再三追問他如何接手本案，他拒絕回應，有記者問他如何證明非「官派律師」，他強調「因為我自己知道囉」。
有記者問陳究竟是受誰人委托，陳不斷說「我都好難做、唔好逼我 、逼我都係咁。」

The #UK has repeatedly called out #China for violating the #SinoBritishJointDeclaration in the past, but we have yet to seen actions against #CCP for tearing up an international treaty. At the London June 12 rally yesterday, Labour MP Stephen Kinnock pointed out that for years the British govt has had a naïve and complacent attitude towards Communist China. Now that more seem to be waking up, it's time to ACT! Mere condemnations are not enough as the room for freedom in #HongKong is narrowing everyday as more and more innocent people go to jail! As #G7 concludes today on #Biden's note that the international community must respond to #CCP's aggression robustly, we urge the UK to lead its democratic allies to hold CCP accountable for breaking the international treaty!

"I agreed to the facts and I would like to say sorry," reportedly this is what #AndyLi said in court. Is it just me who thinks that he was given no choice but to plead guilty, after experiencing: 7 months of detention in #China, more than 3 months of solitary confinement in #HongKong, having to give evidence without a legal representative.

#JimmyLai is now in jail, he's being charged of colluding with foreign forces and illegal assembly. His assets are frozen and his newspaper #AppleDaily was forced to close down in June 2021.
