Despite evidence of Tong Ying-kit trying to dodge the three policemen to avoid crashing into them, the judges turned white into black and said that he was a terrorist. Despite expert witnesses testifying that a slogan's meaning can be fluid and adapted, the judges found that Tong is inciting a separation of #HongKong from #China. By criminalizing this slogan, the #CCP has effectively set a precedent of criminalizing anyone opposing them in #HK. Are these to be wondered at? No, it's only further proof how #HK's judiciary has been compromised by the #CCP.
