The amendments are vaguely written to leave as much room to incriminate people who dare to make a comment online as possible, according to the #AsiaInternetCoalition, it is "completely disproportionate and unnecessary". I’m sure we have seen how these fake accounts “raid” comment sections with copy and pasted messages.
And if you’re on twitter, you may have seen copy and pasted tweets too.

That’s not all! CIR also found accounts that actually post content that are anti-“the west”.

Let’s hope these spam-ish accounts get removed. Social media platforms aren’t meant for robots.

Ever since #JohnLee declared his was running for Chief Executive in #HongKong, everyone knew he'd be the top man in the foreseeable future as #CCP made sure no one else runs against him. Pledging to legislate an even harsher national security bill that will cover "internet security", #HK's days of online freedom are numbered.
