何桂藍楊雪盈棄律師代表 或選擇自辯

47 名參與或組織初選的民主派人士被落案起訴「串謀顛覆國家政權」，「馬拉松式」提堂近 30 小時後，所有被告人的代表律師已作陳詞。
正當眾被告的代表律師作補充陳詞時，楊岳橋、譚文豪、郭家麒、李予信、林卓廷的代表律師均表示收到指示不須再代表五人，選擇自辯。及後何桂藍、楊雪盈等亦指示律師不用再代表自己。國安法指定法官蘇惠德表示，共約 10 名被告冀親自或透過律師補充陳詞。
蘇惠德考慮過後，決定押後聆訊至明早（4 日）10 時再續，以聽取相關被告的補充陳詞。換言之，審訊將邁向第四日，47 名被告的保釋裁決亦相信要待明天才有決定。

【港區國安法生效至今 100 人涉嫌危害國安被捕 平均 2.5 日拘一人】
警方回應傳媒查詢，表示自《港區國安法》生效後，截至 2021 年 3 月 2 日，共 100 人因為涉嫌從事危害國家安全的行為和活動而被警方拘捕，當中包括 83 男 17 女，年齡介乎 16 至 79 歲。
《港區國安法》至今實施 248 日，換言之平均每 2.5 天，警方國安處就會拘捕 1 名涉嫌從事危害國安行為和活動的人士。

自昨日第二日聆訊開始，開庭前的直播畫面再無聲音。本報記者向新聞官查詢原因，表示首日聆訊開始前，直播庭仍會播放庭內聲音，而且是次聆訊沒有安排庭內記者席，直播靜音的話便無法得知庭內開庭前的情況，要求重開聲音，遭新聞官拒絕。
今日第三日聆訊開庭後，記者室的直播影片突然靜音，其後畫面更完全變黑，令房內近30名記者譁然。記者立即聯絡法院職員搶修，約5分鐘後畫面及聲音才恢復正常。

Hong Kong Watch is formally launching a social media campaign encouraging people to mark the LegCo election that will take place on December19th 2021, by sharing a photo with the hashtag #ReleaseMyCandidate.
With this campaign, hope to send a message to the international community that these rigged elections do not reflect the voice of the Hong Kong people and to again call for the release of the 47 pro-democracy activists and 35+ primaries candidates who have been jailed for over 300days.

The "Hong Kong 47" are in urgent need of our support. Our fellow Hongkongers are suppressed and cannot speak up in Hong Kong. Therefore, living in the land of freedom, we should stand out and speak for them. We need to stand up for their rights and show the world the unfairness of the Hong Kong government and the CCP.
