政府今早發出新聞公告，指「封區」範圍內多個住戶未有應門，但稱「有理由相信單位內有人」，表示或採取法律行動，包括逐離或驅逐個別人士，或向裁判官申請手令破門進入單位。

公告又稱會按法例禁制所有人士從這些相關處所進出，並在有需要時安排保安員駐守，甚至在「適當時候透過要求執達主任協助進行圍封，以及要求有關人士負責所有有關費用。」
