【國際戰線要人！聲援白羅斯手足和平抗爭捍衛人權】

國際特赦組織自1月發起#StandWithBerarus全球聲援行動，抗議白羅斯軍警濫用武力鎮壓和平示威，數以千計和平示威者遭當局拘留，酷刑虐待甚至死亡。聲援行動至今有多達144個國家和地區、超過19萬人參與。

自去年8月白羅斯總統選舉引發舞弊爭議以來，政權不斷打壓異見人士，甚至大肆拘捕穿著象徵民主的「白紅白旗」顏色衣著的白羅斯人，就連在家展示同樣是紅白色的日本國旗、食用紅白色食物者也不放過。當地軍警亦曾多次使用橡膠子彈和閃光彈等武力鎮壓和平示威，國際特赦組織及當地人權團體收集多名示威者證詞，證實其在羈留期間曾遭受酷刑虐待，包括：被要求脫光衣服、毆打，以及收到強暴恐嚇等。

《公民權利和政治權利國際公約》列明：每名公民均享有表達自由、和平集會以及參與公共事務的權利。國際特赦組織在此誠邀您參加#StandWithBerarus聲援行動，以支持白羅斯人捍衛人權，以及追究當地軍警行使過度武力。
