我們清楚因何而來， 所以更珍惜手上來之不易的選票， 懷着非常嚴謹的眼光， 去選擇能夠代表我們的議員：戀棧權位榮銜的，一票不投；左右逢源撈取選票的，一票不投；反之，我們要將敢於向極權說不， 敢於貫徹政治理念而有所犧牲，亦同樣關注不同族裔地方議題的政治家，將港人乃至當區居民的聲音帶入議會。

首次現場稅務講座於3月19日在倫敦完滿舉行，是次講座邀請了在英國執業多年的會計師Thomas為各位香港人講解英國稅制。雖然因場地所限少了投映簡報的輔助，但與會參加者都表示Thomas講解得非常有條理。參加者不乏已來英數年的香港人，他們都仍覺得英國稅制比香港繁複，但今次得Thomas的專業解說，令大家都獲益良多。據說Thomas成為了各外展主任的「搶手貨」，多個地區都正計劃再舉行稅務講座，錯過了之前講座的朋友，一定要密切留意港僑會活動的最新動態！

We invited Cambridgeshire County Councillor to this evening's event. She introduced the role and responsibilities of local government. She also showed us the interactive map of the County Council that help us find information of local area. We were joined by the Hong Kong Welcome Hub, which introduced its services.

移居去一個新地方，保持身心靈健康實在非常重要！
偏偏喺英國，因為冬天室外活動真係都幾凍，所以大家過到嚟都幾難保持戶外運動習慣。
有見及此，英國港僑協會特別為英格蘭東北部香港人舉辦咗一次羽毛球同樂日。
希望香港人移居到英國仍然保持運動習慣，讓大家身心靈更健康！
活動期間，無論大人、小朋友都非常投入，並認識咗好多新朋友！
It is so important to keep physically active and healthy when migrating to a new place!
Yet in the UK, it can be rather cold to do outdoor sports, and it also seems rather difficult for everyone to keep up with doing sports outdoors.
In light of this, Hongkongers in Britain (Northeast England) held a Badminton Fun Day, hoping that Hongkongers who move to the UK can still continue to keep exercising, and maintaining fitness both in body and mind.
Everyone enjoyed the acitivity thoroughly, no matter young or old, and many new friendships were also formed!
