香港財經事務及庫務局局長許正宇（17日）到訪倫敦，並將於當日中午在假倫敦市市政廳舉行的金融科技峰會上發表講話。
他這趟倫敦之行是香港三年多來──自英國指責中國違反《中英聯合聲明》及推出BNO簽證政策以來首次有司局長級官員訪英。
有見香港政府扣起移英港人的強積金，港人團體香港政治犯關注組發起在市政廳外集會，抗議許正宇到訪英國，並擁護港人提取強積金的權力。
