A 21-yrs-old and two 17-yrs-old were charged with possessing instrument fit for unlawful purpose, or possession of anything intent to damage property (1 wrench, 2 hex keys, 1 paint spray on Oct 27, 2019 in Kowloon City).
Judiciary has agreed to drop the charges, the defendants each has to sign a probation order of 24 months.
