612人道支援基金（基金）收到基金託管人真普選聯盟有限公司（真普聯）通知，真普聯由即時（2021年9月6日）起將不會再為基金執行支款指示。鑑於上述情況，基金現宣布即時起暫停接受捐款，直至另行通知。
612 Humanitarian Relief Fund has just been notified by the Alliance for True Democracy Limited (ATDL) that as of today (6 September 2021), the ATDL will stop executing the Fund’s requests for payment out of its bank account. In the circumstance, the Fund will stop receiving donations for the time being until further notice.
【捐款人注意事項 / Notes to Donors】
基金網上捐款平台將暫停接受單次捐款，所有已登記月捐已全部暫停，即時不會再過數。
The Fund’s online donation platform will be suspended from accepting any one-off donations. All registered monthly donation subscriptions will be put on hold, no further payment will be charged.
就最近之捐款基金會徵詢法律意見，並向銀行及網上捐款平台服務供應商了解可否退款，詳情將再公布。
For all recent donations, the Fund will seek legal advice and will communicate with the bank and online payment processor on whether any refunds can be made. We will make announcement if there are any updates on refunds.
【申請人注意事項 / Notes for applicants】
由於基金不能再支款，所有未付款的申請即時暫停處理。如有查詢，請直接聯絡負責的個案職員。
As the fund can no longer make payments, all applications in progress are being put on hold. Please contact your case worker if there are any enquiries.
