［全球聯合抗爭行動 ——「斷絕中共姊妹城市關係」 “Sever the sister city relationship with China” – Global Joint Campaign］
「姊妹城市」協議原意旨在促進兩國之間的經濟合作和文化交流。然而，這種外交策略現在卻淪為中共政權操縱世界及擴大其極權統治影響力的工具。「姊妹城市」成為了外交滲透策略，使其認受性一直備受質疑。
中共極權政府不斷侵蝕香港的高度自治，粗暴地打壓民主和踐踏新聞自由，公然違反中英聯合聲明，導致數千名港人淪為政治犯。自2014年起，中共亦以「再教育」為由，在新疆大規模關押維吾爾族人及穆斯林。最近，外洩檔案更公開集中營的不人道行為，例如虐待、擊斃逃跑者等等。
中國臭名昭著的侵犯人權記錄和不遵守國際條約的做法，突顯出其極權主義的本質，但不少國家郤因為經濟利益而選擇視而不見。
因應2020 年多個瑞典城市與中國脫離「姊妹城市」關係，全球多個抗爭組織現聯合發表聲明促請各地市政府重新審視他們與獨裁政權的密切關係，以正視聽，反對與漠視人權、自由和民主的的中共建交，並透過終止與中國的「姊妹城市」關係來捍衛人權和遏止其滲透。
此全球聯合行動由7個國家共163個城市共同發起。

聯署要求 King's College London (KCL) 停止歧視及針對受情緒問題影響的學生
概要：
事主為一名因反送中運動而被逼到英國尋求政治庇護，並飽受情緒問題困擾的 KCL 港人學生。
2022年3月，事主向學校輔導員尋求有關準備政治庇護會面的協助，期間因回憶抗爭事件致情緒不穩。惟校方不但未有妥善處理情況，更無視醫院評估報告，直接禁止事主踏足校園。
雖然在多番交涉後，事主獲准重返校園，但校方一直未有回應事主的訴求，亦無提供任何實質協助。鑑於校方持續不回應及不作為，現事主發起聯署，希望逼使校方正視事件。
聯署訴求：
1. 校方即時嚮應事主原本訴求並且致歉
2. 不追究聲援事主的 KCL 學生及教職員
3. 落實改革以防止類似事故再次發生

2019年7月21日晚上，親北京身穿白衣的人士於 #元朗西鐵站 追打途人和乘客，藉此阻嚇香港人與北京政權對抗，期後傳媒把 #七二一事件 定義為恐襲或 #無差別襲擊 。當時警方的不作為及 #警黑合作 ，日後更盛行於香港。
三年後，眾多當日有份無差別襲擊市民的親北京白衣人仍然逍遙法外，而事件終令當時正在進行中的#反送中運動 變得白熱化，部份支持政府的人士轉而同情抗爭者，並對警方目睹無差別襲擊毫無作為表示失望。

The first Welcoming HongKongers Annual Conference
在七月初，我們其中一位朋友（K）出席了由 British Future Welcoming Committee for Hong Kongers 舉辦的年度座談會，而今年的主題是據移民潮後定居與新生活。此座談會邀請了不同地區的香港人組織代表，國務大臣 (Lord Stephen Greenhalgh) 和香港藉上議院議員 (Lord Nat Wei) 一起探討香港人來英定居後的困難。
該組織在報告總括出港人大多有以下四項問題：英語程度、就學、在職和社區與文化融合。當天席上圍繞著這四個主題從市鎮到地區討論了問題的跟本和解決方法和成效，而台下也提出了不少問題，如身份或者爭取本地學費等等。K於座談會之間的茶會也有向 Lord Stephen Greenhalgh 和 UK Welcoming Refugees 的 Neil Jameson 提出庇護人士在等候獲批難民身份的忐忑不安和經濟困難。

‘31th August, people were killed by hitting?’
Enigmatic Prince Edward Station incident happened on 31th August 2019. From the incident happened till today, MTR(The Mass Transit Railway) haven’t published the video records of that day, also the HK Police unwilling to investigate the sequence of events at all. As the truth is not clear, we should not give up on finding the real fact.
We are now welcoming people to join our events. You can help out with sending leaflets, showing cardboards which written with article and photos, using iPad to share the videos that related to the incident.

【西藏民主日 與 西藏流亡議會】
今日（ 9月3日）黨媒刊載抗戰勝利77周年內容。我們暫且不討論二戰終戰該在哪日紀念，屠殺人民的中共威權政府慶祝反法西斯戰爭勝利，實在是莫大的諷刺。
70多年來，被中共打壓的族群仍然掙扎求存，如西藏流亡群體，透過宗教及民主程序發展成今日的體制，並獲一定的認受，昨日（9月2日）是第62屆 #西藏民主日，此乃藏人在外流亡，成立流亡議會的紀念日，持續實踐民主的象徵。
第十四世達賴喇嘛即位至1959年流亡期間，曾推動西藏民主進程。然而中共在1959年入侵西藏，達賴喇嘛和八萬多名藏人流亡印度，並建立了 #西藏流亡政府。1960年9月2日，在西藏流亡政府的籌備下，#西藏人民議會（#流亡議會）成立，議員由流亡藏人選出。
西藏流亡政府及流亡議會對分散在世界各地的藏人扮演十分重要的角色，尤其是流亡議會。根據《流亡藏人憲章》，西藏人民議會是流亡政府中通過選舉產生的最高立法機構。具有制訂和通過流亡政府法律的權力，同時監督流亡政府運作。
反送中運動後，港人移居海外不斷，形成離散局面。繼 #影子議會 後，早前有離散港人倡議成立「香港議會」。而借鑒西藏的經驗，流亡政府和流亡議會相輔相成。而更重要的是，藏民的團結背後有著共同的政治和宗教信仰，以及復國和重回故土的共同盼望。相比西藏，離散的香港族群，除了目前正在安頓生活，還要嘗試放下分歧，一同構想共同的政治願景。
看來我們要走的路還有很長。

Following the announcement of the "Sever sister city relationships with China Campaign" (Global Detwin with China Campaign) on 1 July 2022, we are officially launching our website and social media to provide more detailed insight into this campaign. Hereby, we continue to invite more groups and individuals to join our call to terminate twin relationships with the brutal Chinese regime.

As Hongkongers living in Scotland, we want to raise our concerns about the sister-city relationship between Edinburgh, Perth, Angus and Glasgow City Councils and Xian, Shenzhen, Haikou, Dalian and Yantai.
We are demanding the aforementioned local councils to sever their alliances with the Chinese Government. This joint global campaign is co-launched by 163 cities in 7 countries in Asia, America, Europe and Oceania.
