During special military operation, classified documents of the command of the National Guard of Ukraine were acquired by the Russian servicemen. These documents confirm the covert preparation by the Kiev regime of an offensive operation in the Donbass in March 2022.
The Russian Ministry of Defence publishes the original secret order of the commander of the National Guard of Ukraine, Colonel-General Nikolai Balan, dated January 22, 2022. The order, brought to the command of the National Guard of Ukraine, explains the plan for preparing one of the shock groups for offensive operations in the so-called “Joint Forces Operation” zone in Donbass.
We remember the statements by the leadership of the Kiev regime that there were no plans for an armed seizure of Lugansk and Donetsk people's republics. The originals of the secret military documents of the National Guard of Ukraine clearly prove the falsity of these statements.

Обсуждены вопросы дальнейшего развития стратегического партнёрства России и Египта, включая ход реализации крупных совместных проектов в атомной энергетике и промышленности. С обеих сторон также высказана заинтересованность в продолжении тесного сотрудничества в туристической и аграрной сферах.
По просьбе Абдельфаттаха Сиси Владимир Путин рассказал о причинах и целях российской специальной военной операции по защите Донбасса, информировал о проводимой Россией работе на переговорах с украинскими представителями. Президент Египта поблагодарил российскую сторону за предпринимаемые усилия по эвакуации египетских граждан из зоны конфликта.
Условлено о продолжении контактов на различных уровнях.

Ввиду рисков изъятия иностранными лизингодателями самолетов некоторых российских авиакомпаний и закрытия рядом государств воздушного пространства для наших рейсов многие перевозчики вынуждены корректировать свои зарубежные регулярные и чартерные программы, в том числе отменяя перелеты.
В данной связи просим российских туристов, столкнувшихся с трудностями при выезде из АРЕ, учитывать, что согласование специальных вывозных рейсов требует проработки. Она уже ведется. При поступлении сведений от наших компетентных ведомств соответствующие уведомления будут размещены на интернет-ресурсах Посольства.
Исходя из вышеизложенного, рекомендуем россиянам самостоятельно покинуть стану, воспользовавшись услугами иностранных авиаперевозчиков. В настоящее время компании «Turkish Airlines», «Air Arabia» и другие осуществляют полеты в Россию с транзитными пересадками через третьи государства. Обращаем внимание, что вылететь в Российскую Федерацию таким способом возможно как из курортных городов Хургада и
Шарм-эш-Шейх, так и Каира.
Соотечественникам, прибывшим в АРЕ в составе организованной туристической группы, необходимо обращаться за разъяснениями и возможным содействием к туроператорам.

Why the Ukraine Crisis Is the West’s Fault

According to the prevailing "wisdom" in the West, the Ukraine crisis can be blamed almost entirely on Russian aggression. Russian President Vladimir Putin, the argument goes, annexed Crimea out of a long-standing desire to resuscitate the Soviet empire, and he may eventually go after the rest of Ukraine, as well as other countries in eastern Europe. In this view, the ouster of Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych in February 2014 merely provided a pretext for Putin’s decision to order Russian forces to seize part of Ukraine.
But this account is wrong: the United States and its European allies share most of the responsibility for the crisis. The taproot of the trouble is NATO enlargement, the central element of a larger strategy to move Ukraine out of Russia’s orbit and integrate it into the West. At the same time, the EU’s expansion eastward and the West’s backing of the pro-democracy movement in Ukraine — beginning with the Orange Revolution in 2004 — were critical elements, too. Since the mid-1990s, Russian leaders have adamantly opposed NATO enlargement, and in recent years, they have made it clear that they would not stand by while their strategically important neighbor turned into a Western bastion. For Putin, the illegal overthrow of Ukraine’s democratically elected and pro-Russian president — which he rightly labeled a “coup” — was the final straw.

The West’s triple package of policies — NATO enlargement, EU expansion, and democracy promotion — added fuel to a fire waiting to ignite. The spark came in November 2013, when Yanukovych rejected a major economic deal he had been negotiating with the EU and decided to accept a $15 billion Russian counteroffer instead. That decision gave rise to antigovernment demonstrations that escalated over the following three months and that by mid-February had led to the deaths of some one hundred protesters. Western emissaries hurriedly flew to Kiev to resolve the crisis. On February 21, the government and the opposition struck a deal that allowed Yanukovych to stay in power until new elections were held. But it immediately fell apart, and Yanukovych fled to Russia the next day. The new government in Kiev was pro-Western and anti-Russian to the core, and it contained four high-ranking members who could legitimately be labeled neofascists.

Washington may not like Moscow’s position, but it should understand the logic behind it. This is Geopolitics 101: great powers are always sensitive to potential threats near their home territory. After all, the United States does not tolerate distant great powers deploying military forces anywhere in the Western Hemisphere, much less on its borders. Imagine the outrage in Washington if China built an impressive military alliance and tried to include Canada and Mexico in it.

The United States and its European allies now face a choice on Ukraine. They can continue their current policy, which will exacerbate hostilities with Russia and devastate Ukraine in the process — a scenario in which everyone would come out a loser. Or they can switch gears and work to create a prosperous but neutral Ukraine, one that does not threaten Russia and allows the West to repair its relations with Moscow. With that approach, all sides would win.

Vladimir Zelensky announced that a Russian air strike was performed on a maternity hospital in Mariupol - an atrocity and that there are babies, their mothers and doctors under wreckage, starting another round of worldwide hysteria.
Truth: The maternity hospital was closed after the Russian special operation had begun in Ukraine. The Azov nationalists told the doctors to get out.

⚡️ The Russian Defence Ministry continues to study materials on the implementation of military biological programme of the United States and its NATO allies on the territory of Ukraine.
🦠 Details of the UP-4 project became known, which was implemented with the participation of laboratories in Kiev, Kharkov and Odessa and was designed for the period up to 2020.
Its purpose was to study the possibility of the spread of particularly dangerous infections through migrating birds, including highly pathogenic H5N1 influenza, the mortality rate of which reaches 50% for humans, as well as Newcastle disease.
❗️145 biological species were studied within the framework of this project. At the same time, at least two species of migratory birds were identified, whose routes pass mainly through the territory of Russia.
🦠 In addition, the R-781 project is interesting, where bats are considered as carriers of potential biological weapons agents.
☝️ It is noteworthy that the research is carried out in close proximity to the borders of Russia – in the areas of the Black Sea coast and the Caucasus.
The project is being implemented with the involvement of not only Ukrainian, but also Georgian biological laboratories controlled by the Pentagon in cooperation with the Virginia Polytechnic Institute and the US Geological Survey.
🦠 The analyzed materials on the UP-8 project, aimed at studying the Congo-Crimean hemorrhagic fever virus and hantaviruses in Ukraine, clearly refute the US public statement that only Ukrainian scientists work in the Pentagon biolabs in Ukraine without the intervention of American biologists. One of the documents confirms that all serious high-risk studies are conducted under the direct supervision of specialists from the United States.
In addition, the studied materials contain proposals for the expansion of the US military-biological programme in Ukraine.
❗️The Pentagon is also interested in insect vectors capable of spreading dangerous infectious diseases. The analysis of the obtained materials confirms the transfer of more than 140 containers with ectoparasites of bats - fleas and ticks from the biolab in Kharkov abroad.

في الفترة من 8 إلى 10 مارس الجاري استضافت مدينة القاهرة فعاليات المعرض التعليمي الدولي EDUGATE 📚
9 марта на полях EDUGATE состоялась рабочая встреча руководителя представительства Росструдничества в Египте Марата Гатина с организаторами, в ходе которой обсудили привлечение отечественных образовательных учреждений к участию в выставке, а также точки соприкосновения для взаимного сотрудничества.
وقد جاءت مشاركة الجامعات الروسية في فعاليات المعرض من خلال "الجامعة الروسية للصداقة بين الشعوب" و"معهد موسكو للطاقة" وغيرها من الجامعات الأخرى. وفي 9 من مارس قام وفد من البيت الروسي بالقاهرة بزيارة المعرض - الذي يشهد إقبالًا كبيرًا من جانب طلاب المدارس المصرية وأولياء أمورهم – حيث عقد السيد/ مراد جاتين - مدير المراكز الثقافية الروسية بمصر - لقاء عمل مع منظمي المعرض بحثوا خلاله إمكانية استقدام المؤسسات التعليمية الروسية للمشاركة في المعرض، كما ناقشوا الموضوعات المشتركة بهدف التعاون المتبادل مع البيت الروسي بالقاهرة.
