The Power of the "Wuhan Mage": A Wuhan-originated Woman Turns Police Away in Hong Kong
0007 | #TinShuiWai
During a police-civilian standoff, a woman angrily shouted at the police in Mandarin, "Did I break the law by standing here?", "Are you going to pepper spray me?".
She went on to tell the police, "You will contract Wuhan Pneumonia. Let me tell you, I came from Wuhan." Then she started to cough.
Riot police, reporters, lawmakers and voluntary medics were astonished and stepped back immediately.
Moments later, reporters approached the woman and asked since when she had been in Hong Kong. She responded lightly, over a decade already.
