Hong Kong Protests
A male found NOT guilty for possession of offensive weapons (1 expandable baton and 1 laser pen on Sep 21, 2019 in Tuen Mun).
The male admitted that he was a volunteer driver, and helped to drive 4 teenagers to Tuen Mun joining the protests. The teenagers left their backpacks inside the car for the time being. The male did not know what were inside their backpacks.
Even though the judge agreed that the male should know there were offensive objects inside those bags, but there is no clear evidence that the male really know what exactly were inside those bags. So, NOT guilty.
