Labour Unions Set Up Booths at the Universal Siege on Communists Assembly

Apart from the black “Liberate Hong Hong, The Revolution Of Our Times” flag, there were other flags representing labour unions from various industries at the Assembly.
Labour union have also set up booths at the venue. Unions such as the Union for New Civil Servants, Railway Power, Construction Site Workers General Union, Catering and Hotel Industries Employees General Union, Hong Kong Hotel Employees Union, HA Employees Alliance, The General Union of Hong Kong Speech Therapists, Hong Kong Design Industries Union all had booths set-up.

The Police pinned down a man around the intersection of Ice House Street and Dex Voeux Road Central. Mutiple times pointing their pepper spray at surrounding journalists. The man was later released.
