Kwun Tong District Council suspended the construction of the musical fountain
[ABSTRACT]
The first meeting of Kwun Tong District Council was held on 7 Jan discussed the project of music fountain in Kwun Tong Promenade. Wong Chi-ken, one of the pro-democracy District Councillor, requested the government to explain the construction details and suspend the project. The motion passed with 28 votes in favour, 0 against and 9 abstentions.

Four men were brought to court today.
One of them is not allowed to be on bail and have to be detained til next court date.
One of the defendant claimed that the police has threatened to give troubles to his family if he insisted not to provide the mobile lock pin number.

Today marks the second month after the death of Mr Alex Chow Tsz-lok.
Chow fell from a height in a carpark in Tseung Kwan O during a police operation in early November and passed away a few days later. The cause of his fall remains unknown.
We wish that, no matter where you are,
You dedicate a minute of silence to Mr Chow
On 20:09 this evening.
We shall never forget.
We shall persevere.
Be Water and Guardians of Hong Kong will stop posting from 20:09 to 21:00 to mourn for the loss of our dear friend
