Siege of CUHK Continues

While Rocky Tuan, the Vice-Chancellor of CUHK reached a consensus with the HKPF and was reporting to the students, the No.2 bridge clashes started again and tear gas canisters were fired nonstop. This ongoing siege between the HKPF and students were clearly motivated to brand the CUHK students as 'rioters' and to takeover the campus eventually.

At 2000 When Vice-Chancellor Rocky Tuan attempted to negotiate with the HKPF but they resumed firing tear gas canisters at the campus again and caused a second round of clashes. Numerous reporters and first-aider were caught in the tear gas and hit by rubber bullets. The clash at No.2 bridge lasted for an hour and reached a deadlock. Streams of fire, smoke and bullets were flying at the scene.
