Hong Kong pro-democracy activist Joshua Wong tagged climate activist Greta Thunberg in the online global marathon campaign for #Save12HKYouths.

12 pro-democracy Hongkongers have been captured by Chinese coastal guards in late August 2020 and detained in China for over 50 days without being able to meet their family or lawyers hired by the families, with some even being denied critical medication by Chinese authorities.

A male was charged with property damage (wrote protest slogan on a lamppost with paint on Feb 2, 2020 in Tin Shui Wai).

Judiciary has agreed to drop the charge, the defendant has to sign a probation order, pay for $500 court costs and $600 cleansing fees.

An 18-yrs-old found guilty for possession of offensive weapon in public places and possessing instrument fit for unlawful purpose (cardsharp on Dec 9, 2019 in Mong Kok), sentenced to 9 months imprisonment for each charge, sentencing to run concurrently.

A 22-yrs-old plead guilty for possessing anything with intent to damage property (2 rebars, 1 wrench, 2 screwdrivers, 1 hammer, 1 knife, 1 pair of clamps, 1 lighter, 1 igniter, 2 bottles of thinner on May 27, 2020 in Causeway Bay and 1 knife, 1 wooden rod, 1 wrench on Jan 5, 2020 in Sheung Shui), sentenced to 2 months imprisonment for 1st charge, due to law breaking while on bail, sentenced to 10 months imprisonment for the 2nd charge.

Total 10 months imprisonment after 4 months in detention.
