A 20-yrs-old was charged with obstruction in public places (using water-filled barrier as roadblocks on Nov 13, 2019 in To Kwa Wan).
Judiciary has agreed to drop the charge, the defendant has to sign a probation order of 24 months and pay for $300 court costs.

A 34-yrs-old found NOT guilty for possessing anything with intent to damage property (38 metal nails on Oct 20, 2019 in Tai po).
No evidence showing that the driver possessed those items in the back of the car means that the driver has intention to do any damage.
The defendant plead guilty for another charge of possession of mobile radio system without license, fined for $1000.

Hongkongers in Solidarity with Detained Protesters and Activists
19:24 | Lai Chi Kok Detention Center, #LaiChiKok
Hongkongers showed their support for pro-democracy protesters and acitivists outside of the detention center in Lai Chi Kok. Police were deployed in the area.
People displayed heart-shaped cardboard cutouts and signs that read "Freedom Will Triumph Over Fear", "Hong Kong Solidarity" and "Support Tam Tak-chi".
Tam Tak-chi is a pro-democracy activist in Hong Kong who was arrested by the police for sedition on Sept 6, 2020. The court has refused to grant him bail and he would be held in custody until next hearing on Nov 27, 2020.
