Starting from 1800, over 100 residents stood still at the shopping hub holding pieces of white paper, a statement against the oppression of pro-democracy ideas and pro-movement propaganda brought by the law. Some made the "Five One" gesture, which represented the popular protest slogan "Five Demands, Not one less."

Apart from the activity, a "Lunch with You" protest also occured at IFC shopping center this afternoon.
