A 39-yrs-old male found guilty for assaulting MTR staff (Oct 14, 2019 in Central Station), sentenced to 14 days imprisonment.
The male was stopped by the MTR staff for jumping the gate, and slapped the staff 8 times, was arrested and detained for 14 days.

A 20-yrs-old student found NOT guilty for assaulting police officer (Dec 15, 2019 in Shatin during “Shop with You”).
He was accused for kicking the police who subdued another protester. The judge agreed that there is NO evidence showing the defendant was the one who kicked the officer.

A 19-yrs-old Vietnamese was charged with Disorder in public places (Jan 21, 2020 in Mong Kong), for using iron railings and rubbish bins to block the roads.
Judiciary later amended the charge to obstruction in public places, and agreed to drop the charge, the defendant has to sign a probation order of 24 months.

A 23-yrs-old gaffer plead guilty for possession of offensive weapon in public places and intent to commit arson (Oct 13, 2019 in Tseung Kwan O), sentenced to 4 yrs imprisonment.
He was arrested by plain-cloth officer when he was about to fire up and throw a petrol bomb, had been detained since the arrest until May this year.

There were students blocking the roads in the morning, plain cloth officers arrested few students. There was one female officer sitting on the head of one of the girl, the defendant tried to save the girl and was arrested for assaulting police officer.
