最近一批17間中概股被美國證交會（SEC）「預定摘牌名單」，包括知乎、理想汽車、諾華家具、LOVARRA、萬春醫藥、瑞幸咖啡、極光移動、Scientific Energy、中國食品、Value Exchange International、澤爾西西醫療集團、Entrepreneur Universe Bright Group、中比能源、中網載線、尚乘國際、百世集團、理想汽車和貝殼。該17間公司可於5月12日前向SEC提交證據，證明自己不具備被摘牌的條件。

其中，知乎（02390）被美國「預定摘牌」翌日，周五（22日）才首日在香港掛牌。知乎在港股掛牌首日暴跌23.58%，一手中籤率為100%，以知乎上市定價為32.06元計，不計手續費，股民一手虧損約756港元。知乎回應「預定摘牌名單」指，公司已完成在香港的雙重主要上市，後續會密切關注進展，事件對知乎影響有限。

其中理想汽車，周五（22日）股價最多跌7%，低見87.1元，最新跌幅收窄至約3%，暫報91.05元，成交近1億元。理想汽車回應指，會積極尋找解決方案，不會對公司實際業務經營有任何影響，又指出去年完成香港主要上市，香港、美國兩地股票可以互換。與第二上市的公司不同，公司香港上市地位不會受美國除牌影響。

自去年底，美國正式宣布落實《外國公司問責法》，如果外國上市公司連續3年未能提交美國上市公司會計監督委員會所要求的報告，SEC有權將其從交易所摘牌。當中被指疑與中國當局禁止企業向美國監管機構提供審查材料有關。

美國證交會自今年3月至今已就《外國公司問責法》公布共5批「預定摘牌名單」，涉及共40間公司。消息令有關公司分別在美國和香港的股市急挫，為防下市帶來經濟危機，中國證券監督管理委員會規劃在中美協商後修訂法規，擬消除海外監管機構取得中企審計資料的限制。中國證監會副主席方星海日前表示，中美談判「非常順利」，很有信心未來達成協議，相信關於監管的不確定性很快就會移除。
