協助12港人的內地律師盧思位，被四川省司法廳裁定吊銷其律師執業證書。

四川省司法廳今日發出處罰決定書，指盧思位多次在網上發表不當言論，時間跨度長，發文數量多，主觀惡意深，違反《中華人民共和國律師法》，認為情節嚴重，稱案件「事實清楚，證據確實充分，程序合法」，決定吊銷其律師執業證書。

內地人權律師盧思位，去年8月31日受喬映瑜家屬所託，代表12港人之一的喬映瑜。他本月4日收到四川省司法廳通知，指他多次在網上發表不當言論，嚴重損害律師行業形象，造成惡劣社會影響，擬吊銷其律師執業證明。在盧思位要求下，四川省司法廳周三舉行聽證會。

司法廳在會上出示的證據，主要是一個名為@lulawyer1的Twitter帳戶所轉發的內容，調查人員認為有關言論危害國家安全，詆毀司法制度。盧思位與其代理人反駁，指現有證據無法證明該帳戶由盧實際控制及使用，而且屬言論自由範疇，不可能危害國家安全、不具現實危險。但司法廳發出的處罰決定書並未有回應盧提出的反駁。

國際律師協會今日發聲明，譴責港府早前以《國安法》拘捕逾50名民主派人士，聲明亦關注12港人家屬委託律師盧思位及任全牛，被內地當局擬吊銷執照。協會行政總裁Mark Ellis指，盧任二人被拒與其客戶見面，違反《聯合國關於律師角色的基本原則》．．．

The amendments are vaguely written to leave as much room to incriminate people who dare to make a comment online as possible, according to the #AsiaInternetCoalition, it is "completely disproportionate and unnecessary". It is no longer profitable or even safe to invest in #HongKong, it's simply not worth the risk to be persecuted by the #CCP. Is the free world going to compromise again?

I’m sure we have seen how these fake accounts “raid” comment sections with copy and pasted messages.
And if you’re on twitter, you may have seen copy and pasted tweets too.

That’s not all! CIR also found accounts that actually post content that are anti-“the west”.

Let’s hope these spam-ish accounts get removed. Social media platforms aren’t meant for robots.
