【將港傳媒與內地傳媒看齊】眾新聞得悉，在北京的駐華外國記者協會（Foreign Correspondents' Club of China，FCCC）以要「保護」該會在華運作及「減少政治風險」為由，建議修改章程不再容許香港或澳門記者入會，而在香港傳媒工作的外籍記者也只能成為附屬會員，並無投票權。

協會建議變相與香港傳媒割席及與大陸傳媒看齊，在北京外媒記者圈中引起頗大迴響，尤其是駐華外國記者協會並未說明中國外交部是否曾經具體要求要「踢走」香港記者。據悉，有在北京的香港記者已不續會以示抗議，令駐華外國記者協會中暫無來自香港的正式會員。

政府今早發出新聞公告，指「封區」範圍內多個住戶未有應門，但稱「有理由相信單位內有人」，表示或採取法律行動，包括逐離或驅逐個別人士，或向裁判官申請手令破門進入單位。

公告又稱會按法例禁制所有人士從這些相關處所進出，並在有需要時安排保安員駐守，甚至在「適當時候透過要求執達主任協助進行圍封，以及要求有關人士負責所有有關費用。」
