【專訪任全牛】釘牌在即回想當日接12港人案

任全牛做律師10年，接過多宗人權案件，包括聲援香港傘運、反送中的維權人士謝文飛、到武漢報導疫情的公民記者張展。他又於2016年捲入「709大抓捕」事件，遭當局刑事拘留約一個月。以至最近的12港人案，任全牛解釋一再犯險的原因說：「感覺是責任，就責無旁貸。我認為就跟港人一些行為一樣，可能大家也知道，面對這麼強大的一個權力，你的聲音可能根本就被無視，但是呢，這是應該做的，即使你無力改變也應該去做。」
「釘牌」在即，任全牛回想當初接下案件的心情，不旦沒有半點猶豫，更直言很高興，「因為這幾年網上也看了很多，一些港人很悲壯、轟轟烈烈的事情。聽到這樣一個案子，又是參與過反送中的這些人，當時就覺得，責無旁貸。」而且案件本身不是危害國家安全那類敏感個案，「所以說，作為一個普通的案子就接了嘛，當然背後也是，心理上也有一種對他們的崇敬，對這幾年港人的付出（崇敬），有這個成份，就想能夠幫助他們也挺好。」
黃偉然家人得悉任全牛將被釘牌後，感到非常震撼和惋惜，形容任全牛「這四個月來他不畏強權，堅持陪我們度過了人生最灰暗的四個月」，又指任不停被當局「請喝茶」仍堅持不退出，還安慰、鼓勵他們，「聰明不能代替道德，智商不能代替良知；他被吊銷律師執照不是他的過錯，而是國人的損失。」
任全牛回應說：「實際上更多是我們應該做。我們現在也沒有幫到太多，是想做一些事情，但是，各種原因吧，沒法做。但我覺得更應該感謝（他們的信賴）。」

【香港】10位港人在不公審判中遭判刑

2020年8月，中國海警局逮捕了12位香港市民，其中10位在未經公平審判的情況下於12月30日被判刑；入獄至今已超過4個月，這10個人仍無法與家屬和家屬指定律師取得聯繫。
