Helen's uncle, Mushegh Safaryan, mentioned progress in her body's transfer to Artsakh with the mediation of new peacekeeping commanders and Artsakh authorities. However, Azerbaijan's demand for Red Cross involvement caused bureaucratic issues, centered on the destination mentioned in the paperwork.

Safaryan is hopeful for an upcoming decision from the European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR) regarding the transfer.

The signing of a peace agreement between Armenia and Azerbaijan will not lead to peace in the region, according to Baroness Caroline Anne Cox, a member of the British House of Lords.

Baroness Caroline Cox believes that this will not satisfy Azerbaijan's ambitions. Without Armenian Artshak (Nagorno-Karabakh), the existence of Armenia will be under even greater threat.

She referred to the agreement as a trade-off since Armenians in Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) will have to relinquish their right to self-determination.
