I'm not sure how schools are supposed to prevent military action, terrorism or espionage, which are the only national security threats that exist. I can't imagine that our schools contain anything of intelligence value to foreign intelligence agencies either. What's wrong with the people in government? Perhaps they need psychiatric help for paranoia.
