兩年前6月12日灣仔中信大廈前的和平集會，演變成防暴警員向群眾瘋狂投擲催淚彈，就從6.12那天開始警暴不斷升級，最後演變成國安法的通過，徹徹底底破壞一國兩制香港自治。本週六是6.12 這個重要日子的兩周年紀念，我們要與支持民主運動的英國朋友一起讓世界上更多人瞭解和認同香港人抗爭的精神。這個星期六，你願意與我們站在一起嗎？

6.12集會那天，我們的口號會以英語為主。這是依據我們早前的民調結果作出的安排，超過九成以上人士相信我們遊行集會的內容應以英語進行，確保英國本地人能明白我們的訴求和信念。當日我們的英語口號如下，有空的話煩請大家熟讀：

即將來到的6月12日，除了是香港為紀念6.12 反對逃犯條例修訂草案遊行與集會兩週年，亦是英女皇國定誕辰。我地本次希望以融入英國為題，由於英國無選定的國歌，所以我們選出四首曲目去表達對英國敬愛。

1. Land of hope and glory (The flag waving song)
曲：Edward Elgar（1901）詞 ：A. C. Benson（1902）
過往接近英國國歌存在，由於旋律極具氣勢不時會在重要場合演出。

這個星期六6.12集會那天，流程中我們將包括一個行為藝術 (Performance Art) 的表演環節。

行為藝術在世界各地的遊行集會裡可說是「常客」。集會人士除了透過口號和演說直接表達訴求，藝術家和表演者會以形體、聲音、音樂、視覺藝術等語言以外的形式，

抒發他們內在的情緒，心裡的堅持。藝術的感染力往往超越語言，期待這個星期六我們的表演者通過表演，將香港抗爭者的情感傳遞到英國朋友的心裡，令他們感同身受，喚起他們對香港急劇變化的關注。

⚠️安全建議：
- 請務必遵守警方指引，如有溝通困難可聯絡現場穿着反光衣嘅義工求助。

- 請時刻警覺安全風險，盡力照顧同行嘅小朋友同長者。

- 保護個人身份安全，建議穿着透氣嘅黑衫（當日好熱驚大家中暑），佩戴口罩或面巾遮蓋身體特徵。當日亦都會有記者採訪，唔想上鏡或者比屋企人認到就包實啲啦！

Here is some warm reminder for the assembly on June 12 in the London Leicester Square at 1530:

Weather and health advice:
Sunny weather with a low chance of rain. The temperature in the afternoon will be 26℃, and the temperature will drop to 21℃ after sunset.

For the good sake of your health, we recommend you bring enough drinking water for the day.

Participants in a public assembly must wear masks in accordance with the government's coronavirus restrictions and maintain a social distance of 2m at all times.

⚠️Safety precautions:
- Please follow the guidelines of the MET police. If you have encountered any difficulties during communication, you may contact our volunteers for help. They would be wearing reflective vests.

- Please be aware of safety risks at all times and take good care of the children and elders who travel with you.

- We recommended you wearing a quick-dry black shirt with good air permeability (the day would be hot and please be aware of heatstroke), a mask or a face towel to cover your physical features. There are also journalists photo-shooting or taking interview on that day. If you do not want to show up in the interviews and being identified by your acquaintance, please be sure to conceal your identity.

- If you notice anyone who is taking sneak shots, or even provoking you, please notify the volunteers in reflective vest ASAP.

- At the end of the assembly, please be aware that no one is stalking you. If you feel that your safety is being threatened, please call for help and report to the police for help immediately.


For demonstration props:
- We welcome any kinds of banners, homemade protest signs with cardboard, and flags etc. (Of course, it should not violate any law in the UK)

- We cannot provide enough posters and banners due to resources limitation. Therefore, we encourage you to print it and bring it yourself (p.s. It's good to use recycled papers!)
