During 20 minutes starting from 15:40 UTC, Telegram users from Uzbekistan were facing connectivity issues with the messenger. Besides Telegram, other social networks were affected too.
There's a probability Uzbekistan is testing their DPI right now and that the messenger may be blocked in future. We recommend to prepare yourself by adding our proxy.
