Refactor Upgrade to Android 14

The changes are based on the migration guide and the latest source code
(Android 14 revision 2). Later revisions have added some more breaking changes,
but it wasn't possible to reflect those as the corresponding sources haven't
been made public yet.

This build hasn't been tested on A14. So, bugs are expected.

Works in root, ADB and system modes. Also works if the OS is debuggable, but this check may be removed in the public release.
