羊村案控方引1868年英判詞指煽動罪「同於叛國」
英國 2009 年已取消同類罪行
羊村案18日開始進入結案陳詞階段。控方庭上引用1868年的英國判詞，指煽動罪「幾乎等同於叛國」，擾亂社會安寧，嚴重可引致革命或內戰。不過，現代英國鮮有引用煽動罪控告市民，對上次已要數到50年前，有關法例甚至已在2009年被取消。
