The building of the Presidium of the Russian Academy of Sciences is one of the
most mysterious in Moscow. Huge towers with unusual golden structures on the
roof surprise visitors with their design and legends about the building itself.
Some people suggest that metal grilles on the roof can emit energy, and in the
basement of the Presidium there are secret laboratories where scientists are
engaged in secret developments.
