Police set up cordon at Fa Yuen Street Wet Market and Sin Tat Plaza. Riot police arrived with firearms and bomb disposal unit has also arrived.

Riot police entered Lee Man Building. Onlooking citizens gathered and asked the police for information. The police claimed that they do not know. No reporter was at the scene.
