In Memory of Chow Tsz-lok, 1997-2019

Many citizens show up at the carpark in Tseung Kwan O, where Chow fell off during police operation on November 4, to pay respect. The area is covered with flowers, candles, paper crane and messages for Chow.

Chow passed away at 08:09 this morning (Nov 8) at the hospital. The cause of his fall remains unknown.
