A 20-yrs-old were arrested for damaging (kicking) a banner of pro-beijing political party, and intended to bite the pro-beijing volunteer when the volunteer tackled him.
Judiciary has agreed to drop the charges, the defendant has to sign a probation order of 12 months and pay for $500 court costs.
