Three teenagers were charged with property damage, accused of digging up bricks on the road on Nov 14, 2019 in Sau Mau Ping.
Judiciary has agreed to drop the charge for the 17 yrs-old defendant, the defendant has to sign a probation order of 12 months and pay for $1000 court costs.
Judiciary has refused to drop the charges for the other two defendants.
